Ironically Unreliable! Possible ****mers!

I ordered an item as a birthday gift. According to the information online it would have been in time (3 weeks before the birthday). When I realised it wouldn’t arrive soon enough and beyond the time frame they stipulated, I cancelled. They had many stories … from “the order was still in the time frame” , which it wasn’t, to “ there are fine print somewhere on the site that says they can deliver beyond the original time frame”… The order arrive after I cancelled it and I refused to accept it as I had cancelled and the cancellation was confirmed. I have been waiting for my refund for more than two months now!! Lots of excuses! Definitely a very badly run business in opinion that are taking customers for a ride. Possibly even ****mers.
