Incorrect product received despite cancelling order

So after cancelling my order and requesting a refund I all of a sudden received tracking information. About 2 weeks later I received a package via courier but refused to accept it, without opening the bag as the package is much smaller than what it's supposed to be according to box size for this product. So It seems Reliable store also sent me something other than what I ordered like many others on Hellopeter reports. This is just wrong.
