Incorrect package delivered and incorrect recipient message

I ordered a parcel from them. I was advised that the order comes from China. Fair enough, I understood that. Along the way there was a mix up from their side and an incorrect parcel was delivered. I duly returned it as it was not mine.

A day later, Joshua called me to clear up the issue. He promised to get back to me with feedback. To date I have not heard a word with him. This is after I have sent countless emails to try resolve the issue. My order number is 30812.

Please help
