Incorrect order

Good day, I have received my order at last yesterday after 2mnths of ordering but it's not what I have ordered, they only sent 2 small pieces of curtains not even half of a curtain, their phone is just ringing, I sent an email yesterday last immediately after receiving an order but still no answer
