I wish to never deal with this company again!

I am not sure there is any point to this as there are many many many terrible reviews about this Reliable Store. In short: My order was placed and when it had not arrived months later and after many promises I decided to cancel my order. I cancelled the order and jumped through the hoops to try get my money back. Instead of giving me back my money sometime later, they delivered the product to my house. I decided it would be easier to keep the item and not get my money back, the problem was the item was defected and won’t work. So, for the last few months i have been trying to get my money back and after countless phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages I have had no luck. I cannot tell you enough how this is literally the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced, by far.
