I do not have get my order

I have purchased a item from reliable store and on the advertised item they said delivery is 3-5 working days When i send a mail to find out where my order is then they say 10-20 working days now we are on 32 working days i send emails no answer i have requested a refund then thy respond The above is noted, and I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. I cannot commit to a refund, however, I will escalate your request.

And i do not get my money back and also not my order
