How is this store still in business? Theft through and through.

It astounds me that they're still in business. I should have read reviews on Google and HelloPeter before purchasing. 2.1 out of 10 trust index, 934 reviews.... 815 of them are 1 star. 87% have given this business the lowest possible score. Not a shock in the slightest. Never before have i had such bad service from an online store. I purchased in Dec, paid in full. My product is still sitting in another country and hasn't been shipped yet. All i get are apologies. When i requested a refund i was ignored and told the item is on it's way. I have seen hundreds of people saying they just don't deliver the items they've purchased. Is this store just *****ing everyone's money and getting away with it?
