horrific service Reliable store DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have ordered my part online for 2 months and still the part has not arrived last conversation over the phone was informed that it will be delivered prior to the beginning of March, now I can even get ahold of any consultant over the phone, I have been holding and the call droppes automatically. This is a nightmare service and frustrating as I am not able to use my vehicle freely as this part, I ordered is very much important. order number 74839 landline number that never gets to be picked up ***

20 May 2024, 15:20It has been over 4 months now and I have been communicating with Sello Ranthako the sales and relationship consultant, last communication because of late service delivery I requested for the product to be canceled and for me to receive my refund, of which Mr Sello Ranthako agreed and requested for my proof of banking so I can receive my refund, he acknowledged my proof of banking and advised refund takes 3 to 10 working days that was on the 2nd of May 2024, I did a follow up email at *** to Sello Ranthako on the 14th May 2024 with no feedback on my refund, tel no *** does not work.
The company is *****, the service is poor, I am advising do not use reliable store to purchase anything.
