Horrible Service from online store Reliable Store

Purchased a laptop keyboard from them in April, received it 3 months later and its the wrong keyboard. They don't communicate very well. Ive been waiting since July 2023 for either the correct keyboard or a refund which ive still haven't received. I keep getting the run around.
