HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered an item on August 2023. delivery was promised within 14 days. Every time I call to enquire, I am put on hold and after 5 minutes of holding the line is cut. when I get through, I got promises after promises. I will never advise someone to buy through this store. I will never do business with them again. It's 28th September 2023 until today I haven't received anything. When I asked how I can get my money back, now all of a sudden, my order is on it's way. PLEASE DON'T ORDER THROUGH THEM... EMPTY PROMISES.
