Horrible customer service

Waiting over 2 months for delivery. In the meantime I purchased the same item from another store. An reliable only response to me after I complained here. Deliver happens and I request a return as I made another purchase. I am still waiting for collection and credit. The emails are not responded on and just no joy from them at all!!!
