Horrible Customer Service

Worst customer service I have come across. I placed my order in January, and I am still waiting. They don't respond to emails. When you call their call centre, you are kept holding for up to 1h30m. The next in line is endless in the sense that you won't get to the available representative. You will finally have no option, but to drop that call.

I could listened to my sixth sense. My sixth sense told me something awful was going to happen.
