Horrible customer experience

Very unreliable, I ordered in January in March received an incomplete package when I reported to them they merely told me to wait for the package which by the way I am still waiting for and they give no feedback, there was no one investigating why or how the package has missing items which shows they are used to providing this type of service, please just stick with take a lot or a online store that actually cares for their customers
