Horrible client service!

Ordered and paid on the 15th of February 2024, no communication whatsoever, if i phone and hold the line for 23min, i get told it takes 10 to 20 days to deliver. Well its past that timeframe, still no answers or a tracking number .... Why do these companies get to operate with absolutely no respect for their clients....

I want answers! Where is my order?
