Highly unsatisfied. Order #37144

This is the worst service I have ever received. I wish I had done my homework before ordering anything from them. They do not answer call or emails. I needed my order as it is a birthday present for my daughter now I have to tell her that she will be getting nothing for her birthday. I would be so ashamed to be associated with company. Highly unsatisfied. I would like a refund!!!
