I placed an order a couple of days ago and I've been struggling to get assistance until I spoke to an agent name Mandii and what a respectful young lady she is. She assisted me with such and patience and was very professional and respectful throughout the call. She's a real gem and I hope you her managers sees it. I wouldn't be surprised if she were to be a manager within the next 5 years or less because her people skills are just amazing!! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
