Great customer service

I would like to thank the Reliable Store for replacing my original order, that was not exactly what I ordered and in my opinion to a lesser value, with a replacement at no additional cost to me and allowing me to keep the faulty order. Thank you. The turn around times are long but I accept that it is what it is.
