Follow up on my canceled order

Good day. I have a order #7788 that has been canceled due to no stock but i am still waiting on my refund i am trying to make contact with yiu guys for a proof that a refund was made in order to follow-up with payfast. Can you please provide me with proof because i would like to get my money back and it is alot of money for me.
