Faulty products and very very bad service

It's been months just to receive faulty products. Reported it to reliable then I needed to send a video and then they tell me that the product is fine. It is a motorcycle headlight and clearly faulty, not all the lights come on.

All I can say is do you self a favor and stay far far away from reliable store, most unreliable store.
