False promises... don't care attitude!

I called before placing my order as I needed the item urgently. The sales person advised that he will assist in expediting my order and I should use his discount code for this to happen. I was promised delivery of the item within 2 weeks of ordering. Order was placed on the 26th of June 2023. It is now August and still no delivery. I called the call center and I am told that I just need to wait. To cancel the order, I would still need to wait for delivery and then return the item. Had I known that this is the service to be expected, I would have driven myself to the location that stocks it and purchased it myself. They cannot even confirm when the item will be delivered. Will not recommend this store!
