FALSE ADVERTISING ON SHIPMENT TIME

Placed an order on 20 October 2022. Payment made immediately. On placement of order it states that you will receive package within 1 - 2.5 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and every time we call, they say there is a problem with courier company and tracking number will be received the following week. Is this "Reliable"? False advertising!
