Extremely bad

The service is extremely poor. I understand that the Lockdown might have made things difficult, but one would still expect some form of communication from the company. Since I placed an order over two weeks ago I have received absolutely no communication or updates on the whereabouts of my parcel. Every time I try to contact them I get the same automated email that says someone will get back to me within 48 hour. Nobody ever came back to me. As this is an online store one would expect that their communication with their customers are better than that. Very dissapointing!
