Excellent Customer Service received at Relible Store

I am at a loss for words for the customer service I received at Reliable Store Constantia Kloof! I received a delivery that was short of two boxes having ordered 4 sets of Adhesive Bathroom Corner Shower Caddy Shelves. Each set has 2 tiers which means I should have received 8 tiers (2 tiers per box). I only received 2 boxes, which means I got 4 tiers. I wrote to Reliable Store and was attended to by a very professional Customer Service Consultant names Primrose Moitlobo. This was on the 1st Feb 2022. I placed the order on 11 Dec 2021 and taken delivery on 31 Jan 2022. This is understood as this was an international order and it was over the Christmas period as well. To cut a long story short...There was a breakup in the communication as I fell ill and could not contact them before my issue was resolved. Last week which was 2 months later, when I got better I contacted Primrose who was not only ready and able to assist me but allowed me to choose an alternative with the refund I should have received. She went an extra mile and got my new order ready in a few minutes. I did not even have to pay the difference. I am super-excited by the service par-excellence I received at Reliable Store. Primrose made my experience pleasant so much so that I was not even upset by the missing items I did not receive. Thank you Primrose...you are a true epitome of Customer Service!
