Don't even waste your time

This company is a joke. They don't give feedback on orders and they do not follow up on orders. I placed an order on the 22nd of september. I still have not received it. Not to mention they have no idea where it is. When i asked to speak to a manager i got told no. Every time i phone, i hold on the line for over 30 minutes before someone answers. They promise to get back to a person but never do and then get sarcastic when you phone and ask about your parcel. I will never purchase from them again
