Don't deal with this company

I should have learnt the lesson. Check reviews before you use a company. It would have saved time and money. I ordered balsa wood foe my grandson early December 23. Delivery was promised before Christmas. By February and at least 3 phone calls and emails. The response was always the same. Be patient it is due next week. By March I stated to ask for a refund which was promised, and the agent will check with accounts why it has not been sent yet. Let everyone be warned do not deal with this company. They are ****mers.
