Don't buy from the Reliable Store

I purchased an item from Reliable Store on 21 June 2023 and to date I have still not received a tracking number or communication about delivery of my item. I had to follow up with them multiple times. When I previously followed up I would receive an automatic email stating someone would contact me within 48 hours, then someone would eventually respond but with no confirmation about the status of my order. I emailed again today to cancel my order and I requested a refund. This time there was no automatic email response, no response whatsoever. I called the number on the website, and it's said that the number is unavailable.

Even if their suppliers are international, it wouldn't take over six weeks for an item to be delivered, and you'd at least receive communication from the retailers about the status of your order without you having to prompt for a response. I placed two other orders directly with international suppliers after I placed this order with the Reliable Store and both those others orders arrived several weeks ago already, but not my order with the Reliable Store.
