Don't bother buying from "Reliable" Store

My advice to anyone considering purchasing from "Reliable" store is DON'T!! I ordered an item last year and after a few weeks with no feedback, I then called them to follow up on the item. They told me that they lost my package and had to re-order it. I received after about 2 months.

I thought I'd give them another try, and I have definitely been dissapointed. This time around, they sent the wrong item! I emailed them the necessary proof that they requested and they said they would send someone to collect it for an exchange. It's been over a month and no one has come to collect it. I tried calling them but the client service is horrible, they are rude and would put me on hold for ages without any assistance.

If you want to have peace of mind, rather purchase from superbalist, Leroy Merlin or Takealot, those are RELIABLE stores with good customer service.
