Does Reliable Store really exist?

I ordered replacament parts for my Bose headphones on 1 August 2023. Reliable then confirmed a delivery date of 8 August 2023.

After ordering from them, I got repeated ads for the same products I ordered, but no delivery.

I emailed them on 15 August 2023 to find out when I may expect delivery & got an automated response that they will reply within 24 hours. I am still waiting. I emailed them again yesterday and did not even get the automated response.

I am not sure if this store actually exists or if this is just a ****?
