Do Not Use 'Reliable Store'

Horrible experience! Do not use them! My emails are just ignored and I am unable to get hold of anyone via the telephone. This is completely unacceptable, and I have been extremely patient over the last few months. The refund which was promised in January, after they cancelled the order (which was confirmed and paid for in December 2022), has still not been received.
