DO NOT purchase from reliable online store.

I made a purchase at reliable online store on the 13/06/2022. They confirmed it can take up to 3 weeks for the product to be send to me. Nothing. I then requested for a refund - even worse.... Every time you call they come with sobby stories, and emails they do respond, but they take their time, and when they do respond they just confirm they are escalating the matter. That's it, nothing else. I purchase something from them for a business I started for almost R10k and due to their incompetency I have made no income thus far to provide for my family (times are already tough as is) which is causing a loss of income at the moment. Reliable store is one of the most unreliable store EVER and I would suggest no-one purchase from them as they clearly do not know how to run a business.
