DO NOT order if you are in a rush to get something by a specific date

If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered an item and was given a set time frame of when this order would be delivered, which was 5-6 weeks. We waited, and nothing was delivered. I enquired and was given a very delayed response that they will check. I kept having to follow-up and eventually was told another date of when it would be delivered to us and still we do not have it. The last update I received was 4 days ago that it has landed in the country only then, however with no time frame given of to when this will be delivered.

We have had to order another one from a different supplier as time was running out for when we needed this by.

If you are in a rush to get something, do not get it from Reliable Store, of which they are completely not reliable at all. I do not even know if the item would even get to us or if we wasted money on this. I am awaiting the response from my cancellation email.
