Do not order from Reliable Store- no stock, no refund and no help

Never order anything online from them- you have been warned! I placed my order on 05/12/2021, a month later I requested a refund for any ecommerce store this is unacceptable! 4 months later they keep messaging me to tell me they cannot process my refund as John M needs my bank details, but they could debit me, but now cannot credit me- an absolute *******, and worst purchase I have ever made. They just rip you off and I do not believe they even have any stock- shocking, disgusted and despite 10 emails sent, they do not assist or refund you. The telephone number advertised is "always thanking your for your patience- with high call volumes experienced" you do not reach a live human being. I am reporting this company on every social media platform and to the tribunal. To avoid anyone ever buying from them and receiving the same frustration- review everybody's comments before you ever buy from them!
