Do not order from Reliable Store

Pity there is not "0" stars as that is what I would have selected. The website is misleading, indicating South African address and pricing in Rand. Although they mentioned 10-20 business days for delivery, this is now going for almost 2 months. Ordered late May, only shipped 27 June. Expected in Durban port on 26 July. I asked for refund as this is clearly contrary to their shipping policy of 10-20 business days. They rep****: "Please note that we do not refund late orders, neither do we cancel shipped orders. However, should you opt for a refund, kindly note that you will incur a cancelation fee and please see the attached policy for ease of reference." Do not order from them. Unfortunately I did not read all the negative replies before I ordered from them.
