DO NOT GET CAUGHT BY THE SO CALLED LUCRATIVE DEALS. THEY ARE NOT

If i could give a minus 20 rating i would. the service ( sorry , what service?) with regards to delivery and processing the order was shocking. the staff in South Africa are not bad. I think they try, but they are working with a really bad company and i guess they can also only take so much negative feedback and complaining. the delivery time is NOT what they say it will be and it is only after 6 weeks of nagging and complaining that they might do something . and then have had the dog vibrating collars for about a month and 1 is already not working. so my advice would be to order locally, pay a bit more and you can at least return the item with no hassles. if they do do a refund they take a ridiculous fee. like 30 or 35% off. bunch of ******
