DO NOT BUY FROM RELIABLE STORE

I am absolutely appalled by the service of this store. I WISH I did more research on this company before I decided to order from them.

I ordered items on the 11th of February 2022, it is the 14th of March 2022 today and I still have not received any of my items. I constantly emailed and phoned them to follow up on when my items would be delivered. Every time I did, I would have to wait days, sometimes even WEEKS, for an answer. It was only until I threatened to open a case of theft that they decided to answer my email to say that it would arrive today. Don't even try to phone them, they don't answer, I would be on hold waiting for an operator for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. This morning I waited almost 22 minutes.

After the delivery date was set for today, they phoned me to let me know that the items will arrive on the 11th of March 2022, which, not to my surprise, did not happen.

The only reason I decided to buy from them is because they sold these items for a lot cheaper than other places I looked at. And the amount of time wasted on trying to get these items, I would much rather pay extra money to another company and get my money's worth than waste my time on Reliable Store.

The only reason I'm giving them a one star is because I can't give them no stars, even though I really want to.

DO NOT BUY FROM RELIABLE STORE. You will 100% NOT get your money's worth.
