Dissatisfied, very disappointed Reliable Store customer!!!

Ordered Sept'22 Order #50072

Ordered a Pizza Cutter Set, consisting of 9 pieces. It was delivered 20/10/22. When opening the parcel, only to find that there was only 1 piece of 9 pieces received. On 08/11/22 I phoned and spoke to Basetsana/Reliable Store, as I had no joy after sending numerous emails. Basetsana said to send a photo of the pizza cutter that was received. I did it, and she had received it. After numerous calls, and numerous emails, Basetsana rep**** by email on 15/02/23, that a rectification for this matter has been sent, as it's been lingering for too long. 15/03/23, I phone to speak to the Manager Cathryn. She wasn't available, so I left a message with Mandy, to call me back. Asked for a ref. no., but said to use her name. Now it's 21/06/23, and nothing has come of it. All I want, is what I pd for, 9/9 pizza cutter piece set, and not 1/9, or refund monies pd.
