Dissatisfied Customer

Utterly disappointed with the service received from this store. I placed an order on the 21st of June, did not even receive any communication, had to log in to see that my order has not yet been fulfilled, there is no way to communicate with them in any way, calls keep saying "The person at that extension is not available". I've sent countless emails and still no response. I think this store is a ****, and judging by the amount of bad reviews I'm seeing, I am starting to believe it.
