Dishonest product description
Reliable Store is dishonest in their description about the products they sell. We purchased 2 x 12 inch(300mm) shower heads and after waiting 2 months for it to arrive, because items are dispatched from CHINA, we discovered they were 9inch (240mm) shower heads. This is misleading. Prior to this, we had no idea Reliable Store had such bad reviews. They only have 5-star reviews on their site which gives new customers a false sense of reliability, which they are not.
They also do not disclose their items come from China, hence the long wait. They con their customers with dishonesty of fast delivery & fictitious descriptions.
The product received was not even worth the wait.
I have requested a refund for them & wait anxiously to see what red tape they will create as this is not was we ordered based on the description provided on their Website display page.

I've been contacted thank you, however I'm not satisfied.
It's been confirmed the supplier had sent us the incorrect product and is being escalated so we may receive the correct size.
Our concern is now we have to wait another 7-14 Business working days to receive the correct items which worst case scenario, is 24 August.
We've already waited so long & to top it off, we are now being held hostage by being advised should we want to go ahead with the refund, we will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
In essence we'll now have to wait about 2 months for an item, that we could have purchased locally & got the item sooner. Why is it not disclosed on your site that your stock comes from China? Why is the 35% fee, nowhere on your site to be found when your business is at fault?
Where does Reliable Store take accountability for all these mishaps?
Why does the customer have to carry the burden of mistakes the supplier makes.
