Disgustingly unreliable piece of sh*** store

This company is a ****, I ordered a project screen in January 2023 and it took almost 3 months to get to me and only to find that it's the wrong order. I called and made them aware that it's not the one I ordered and they promised to fix it till today. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling asking for my refund but they're not responding.
