Disaster ordering system and empty promises

I have ordered a back drop from Reliable Store on the 28 March only to be informed the the delivery of goods had been delayed. I received it 10 June, a whole 2 and a half months later. The kicker of it all was that I waited forever only to receive the a miniature version of what I ordered. What am I to do with a miniature version of the product! I contacted them for a refund numerous times being promised that it would be resolved. I was eventually stone walled with not a response. I would not recommend anyone ordering for Reliable Store. My whole order from start to finish was a disaster. Still waiting for my refund and feel cheated out of my money.
