Disappointing customer service

This business has seriously disappointed me with poor, very pathetic service. Despite the challenges of the Lockdown they communicate very minimal. ON delivery of the one item out of two I ended up receiving I have tried to engage them and their call centre still shouts Level 4 Lockdown and that I guess saves them from answering many questions I and, possibly, others have. I ordered two sets of instruments and only one was delivered without any explanation. ON trying to raise a query on their website no response is received. It's like they don't care.
