Disappointed yet again by Reliable Store Order #33789

It's almost a month and i still haven't received the "Couch Slipcover Can Washed Thickened Stretch Chair L-Shaped Corner Couch Protective Cover 1/2/3/4 Seater" I purchased.

I paid for my order on December 10th, and after some time with no communication or order fulfilment I emailed the store on 22 December. The Reliable store, which should never be called that responded on the 23rd. They said that my purchase had been confirmed and that my tracking details were being prepared in order to confirm ETA of my parcel (which I now realise is short for, they have done nothing).

To date i have not received my order nor have i had any communication from the not so Reliable Store, it’s the 4th of January. I called today but couldn't get through. I'm utterly disappointed with the manner in which this is being handled, no Customer service consultant has gotten back to me. I’ve been patient and polite this entire time only because of my excitement for the purchase. However the silence and delays have put such a damper on it and don’t thing I’ll enjoy it at all, if and when it arrives. The customer experience on the website is terrible, I honestly don’t know how they get repeat business.
