Definitely not reliable

This online shopping website doesn't even deserve this 1 star . The reason for this post is so that others do not make the same mistake I have made because this online shopping store called reliable store is the most unreliable store online don't waste your money buying from them .

I have purchased my item almost a month now and didn't receive any feedback on the delivery when I contacted them via email I was told they will send me tracking number once my item was shipped and till date I never received the tracking number . I called in and to say I was to cancel my order and I want a full refund as they didn't deliver yet I was told I can not cancel now it will need to be delivered then if I want a refund I will have to send the item back at my own costing . Now I get an email that states if I want to cancel they can but I'll be charged 35% .

So my review on this is please do not buy from them you will get the same products from takealot and many other reputable online stores worse shopping experience ever . I will never use this website again and I'll never recommend anyone use them also
