Definitely not Reliable

I also have an ongoing bad expierence with “Reliable” store. On 22 March 2020 I placed an order. 23 March 2020 I received an email that order no. #8316 is confirmed. Despite the lockdown, I received on 27 March 2020 an email that all items were shipped. On 11 May 2020 I received an email that the ETA of my parcel would be the week of 18 May 2020 to 22 May 2020. That was the last useful correspondence I received from this store. Since end May 2020 I called numerous times *** and *** – the numbers indicated on their website. Nobody answer this numbers. After another search on their website, I also seen ***. I called this number also numerous times, and sent whatsapps using this number – no answer and no reply. I also used the email provided on their website. All you get is ticker numbers (X37YXS, LC5TDZ, etc) but no other response. This is the worst online store I have dealt with and my advice to all people reading here is: STAY AWAY!
