Completely unreliable

I see I’m not the only one that had similar experiences. I ordered a product in August 2021, took nearly 2 months (7-10 days biggest lie) to arrive, only to arrive completely broken. Still waiting for the courier to arrive to pick broken product up and deliver new one. They just stopped responding to any form of communication. Nearly 4 months with no working product. Stay away!
