Complaint

Despite numerous attempts by myself to resolve this. No luck. I purchased goods through them and was delivered the wrong item. Asked for a refund in August. The only real response I received after sending am email asking what was happening, was to tell me their system was offline. Since then...nothing. Will not ever purchase anything through them again!! Absolutely disgusting customer service
