Complain

I will never set my foot again @ Jet Lakeside mall.i feel so disrespected, they took my phone I July coz the battery was raising than they kept my phone in-store for the whole month whenever m calling them they keep on lying saying the phone is not back yet to my surprise my phone is still in-store till now I've got my phone back I've told I have to pay R5000 for the phone that I bought with R1600 and besides is it my fault that the battery is raising? To make the matter worse MTN and Jet they still holding my phone so I loose my phone and my money coz the phone was still under warranty . I've sent an email to TFG till now I've never receive a respond
