CAVEAT EMPTOR - Broken promises, inept service, non-transparent sales platform
CAVEAT EMPTOR - Broken promises, inept service, non-transparent sales platform.
Using this website exposes one to massive risk and the possibility of missing products, where this unresponsive company takes no responsibility for.
Firstly, the estimated delivery times on the website are total hocus-pocus. My experience is that it's simply a drop-shipping platform where your ordered goods come from China and are sent from there - taking many weeks to months to arrive. Upon ordering, I received a tracking number weeks later from China. In fairness, the goods (albeit incomplete, with key 'parts' of set missing) eventually arrived in South Africa.
On opening, the order proved to be incomplete. Queried immediately and someone from Reliable Store phoned and asked for photo. This was promptly sent through. Since then - weeks later - NO responses to many emails on the CMS query system and copied to the company email account. They just become unresponsive.
I could have lived with the fact that items (paid for) were missing and the company taking some kind of ownership of replacing or resolving this, but NOTHING happens. You're on your own and can write it off, if you've been lucky enough to even receive anything at all.
Key takeaways: drop shipping company where the actual goods are probably not in stock but come from China, many many weeks later. And if there's any issue or items don't arrive, you're on your own. Company just ignores me and breaks its telephonic undertaking.
There are better and RELIABLE alternatives to obtain goods in South Africa. AVOID this one. You've been warned.

@Reliable Store: Rather look at your inbox and client engagement tracking system (if it even work), and follow up there. Not going to s**** feed you on this platform. Besides, anyonymous Reliable Store operator, you don't provide your name and emails to your business go unanswered - just get ignored - so why bother acting differently here?
That reminds me: their system also promises a sign-up "first order" bonus - 10% or something. You sign up, but the discount never arrives. It's just a trap, it seems. The "system" doesn't work.
Bottom line: I ask myself: Is the risk worth it buying from a local drop ship company? If you are willing to deal with the risk of lost goods, heavily delayed goods (they promised me delivery time of a certain number of working days, which enticed me to order), incomplete order arrivals, and completely unresponsive (dead silent) customer service, then by all means, take the plunge.
Reliable Store - start with being a bit honest about your business model and delivery times, and become responsive to sorting out your mess when things go wrong. Take something responsibility. Otherwise you'll just be thought of as a *****, dishonest and (un)reliable company.

The missing item from my original order has been delivered. This is around 6 months after original order date and (also) came from China. This was a positive surprise and practically this means that I've now received what I paid for. In fairness to the business, it's important that this gets recognised.
What remained missing though is any form of communication from the company, despite further follow-up mails. Just silence - to me this is unacceptable. It's also important that customers know that when they order here - notwithstanding the "3 weeks delivery" or whatever is promised - may well not happen. In my case it was a few months, and a few more months to sort out. In any case, somewhere in the background the company went about re-ordering the item missing from my original shipment and making sure it gets delivered to me after all. While this could have been handled far better, credit where credit is due, and the transaction has been completely fulfilled.
