CAUTION, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

This store should be renamed UNreliable - that's one thing that you can count on!

I ordered an S pen for my Samsung Note 10+ in December 2021 and thankfully found my old one a few days later. I therefore cancelled the order and requested a refund. I battled to get through to them and eventually when I did, they advised that they would revert. They never did!

in February 2022, I received delivery of the S pen which I refused to accept and despite the courier company having advised the store that I returned the item and was awaiting a refund, I received a notification of "delivery complete". I have been querying this ever since to no avail as they make promises galore over the phone, then tell you to e-mail them and they never do respond to e-mails.

BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!
