Brilliant staff experience

What a great experience! I bought a set of Fridge locks. I compared costs online they are cheaper than leroy or makro. My order arrived missing one key. I dealt with Primrose who is their shining star! Professional, courteous, patient and immediately called me and sorted it all out! Plus imbursed me for any slight inconvenience which was such a pleasant surprise. SHe is simply amazing. A shout out too to Thobelani in Dispatch who is simply fantastic. Organized, professional, understanding, patient - excellent on all levels! Between Thobelani and Primrose they have the best staff Ive come across in a long while in this and other industries!
